Cheese! Louise started with a simple idea: brilliant cheese shouldn't feel intimidating.
I wanted to create the kind of cheese shop where you can come in knowing exactly what you want, or knowing absolutely nothing at all. Somewhere you can taste, ask questions, discover new favourites and have a proper conversation about what you're eating.
